Strengthening Democracy & Human Right
Democracy is the backbone of social and economical development. Democracy and human right go hand in hand. Democracy is the government in which every has share. But unfortunately in Pakistan large number of women is even not registered with election commission of Pakistan. In many areas in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan women are intentionally keep away from electoral process. Hence this is one big thematic area and HDO has remarkably successful in this regard. HDO has planned and implemented this type project to increase women participation in electoral process and also to enhance voter turn out.
