Shah Ahmad Khan
He is serving as Chief Executive Officer of Human Development Organization since 2015. Prior to become CEO he served organization as President of Board members. By profession he is social and development expert. Having deep and vast experiences of development/social sector since 2005 and engaged in solving problems of human beings in Pakistan. Well verse expertise in developing projects, programme and its presentation in light of needy people especially Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan particularly. Since long time deep interests and satisfaction to serve the needy people always remained in coordination, communication, baseline preparation, proposals preparation, commitment for other requirements, dedication to poor people especially women approach to services and income generation in KPK in light of education, health, WASH, protection, livelihood and different thematic area support by donors through Human Development Organization. His experience encompasses a range of areas in the designing and conducting evaluation surveys, political reforms and integration/development of social sector. During all these years he has been engaged in different projects funded by multilateral and bilateral donors.
He has done masters degree each in Political Science and History which have certainly equipped him with the knowledge of political, social, economic and cultural dynamic of Pakistani society as well as enhanced his managerial and leadership skills. He did B.Ed degree which has not only sophisticated his skill of teaching but has further refined his strong convincing power. In short, He is an academic and development professional with 16 years of experience in institutional strengthening, capacity building, mobilization, research and administration.

• Have been involved in designing, development and management of development projects in the fields of public health, community development, local government capacity building and livelihood development.

Atta Ullah Khan
He is local of FR Bannu and belong to Wazir tribe. He hold Master Degree in Political Science. Before joing Human Development Organization as Board members, He served many national and intenational organization. He is one prominent social worker inhis career. He has expertise in projecr development, implementation, Protection of the Vulnerable, Community Driven Development, Institutional Strengthening, Capacity Development, and General Administration. As he joined HDO as board member, our project identification and facilitation of unregistered women in District Lakki Marwat was going on. He lead the project and successfully achieved listing and facilitation target.
Hashmat Ali Khan
He come from District Lakki Marwat and belong to Marwat tribe. He holds Master Degree in English Literature. Currently, he is working in his self Medicine business along with as Body member of Human Development Organization. he have 10+ experience and experties in Marketing, Monitoring & Supervision, Mobilization and Survey. He have received extensive trainings and expertise on Supervision, Monitoring, Participatory Planning, Public Health & Hygiene and Administration to HDO volunteer and project staff.
He is engineer by profession. He has vast experience in infrastructure development and Monitoring & Evaluation. Prior to joining HDO as Board members, He has served many national, international and government run project. He also head of the engineering section of HDO. Literally, he has got bachelor degree in BTech civil engineering. It is true that practice make a perfect man so he has perfect in his profession. He come from Newly merged District North Waziristan. Therefore, it is great leverage for HDO to easily intervene in erstwhile FATA regions.
He hold Master Degrees each in Urdu and Islamyat. He is working in Pharmaceutical Company, RORYAN PFARMA, as District Manager along with as Executive Body member of Human Development Organization. Therefore, has vast experience in marketing and supervision. He also served as finance secretary of HDO. He supervises day to day office expenditure and keeping an eye on project budget expenditure. His areas of interest are Monitoring and Evaluation, finance supervision, Community Driven Development and General Administration. He has got rich expertise in project implementation in volatile security situations.
Mr. Muhammad Tajwar Khan
Management & Monitoring $ Evaluation Expert -HDO
He has well verse skills in designing monitoring and evaluation designing, strategies, frameworks and planning focus on day-to-day management of activities related to initiatives as food, nutrition, WASH, education, environments and ministry programs; including working with program staff, external consultants & key stakeholders. Having 14 years of diversified experience of RBM Management in development sector at provincial and national level, Monitoring & Evaluation of different programme & projects, Basic Concept and Analysis of Data Assessment, Sustainability, Research, Team building and report preparation for program/project. He has critical ability in working with donors including UNDP, UNHCR, PPAF, ADB, Plan, etc. He has also attended various national and international trainings.
Muhammad Tajwar Khan has designed and implemented various donor projects frameworks, monitoring mechanism such as indicators performance of outputs, outcomes and impact assessment along with planning and on time reporting as well as evaluated different projects for lesson learns and sustainability concerns as per donors requirements and HDO mandate.
Miss Shaffila Begum
Having seven years’ experience, she has served in many participatory developments oriented programmes in the field of Primary HealthCare, Safe Drinking Water, Primary Education, Poverty Alleviation, Environment and Disaster Management in different parts of the country. She has worked with Mojaz and UNICEF in different projects. She has expertise in monitoring and Evaluation and proposal writing .She has attended and conducted many national level trainings.
Mr. Muhammad Wasim Khan
He holds over 6 years of experience in managing accounts, procurement, human resources, audits, and providing general administrative and logistics support for international donors projects including USAID, UNDP, NRSP etc. He has managed and arranged numerous workshops, seminars, travel and other logistical arrangements etc.
Mr. M. Wasim Khan has Extensive knowledge and experience of Quick Books (Accounting Software). He is well skilled in financial templates and vouchers preparation & converting in financial software as well as interlink with preparation and management of Ledger, Trial Balance, and Reconciliation Statements. Coordinate with bank for official transactions, payroll, filing of monthly Statements, issuance of statements and opening of staff salary account, cash flow and forecasting.
