Project Objectives, Outcomes and list of major activities

 

Project Objectives:

 

  • To provide relief and first aid medical help to the victims the security forces launched a full-scale military operation against the Taliban/militants in North Waziristan Agency in June 2014

 

Project Outcomes:

This project provided first aid medical help to 30000 individuals where first aid along with psycho-social support was given and food & soft drink were supplied as well. Serious patients were referred to government hospitals.

 

List of major activities (along with targets): following activities organized to achieve the above objective;

 

  1. One free medical camp along with one mobile unit was organized to provide first aid to newly reached IDPs due to military operation against militants in NWA
  2. Social mobilization for providing psycho-social support to IDPs families.
  3. Established relief camp for newly comers IDPs and provide food package to 40000 families
